What comforts you on the days when you need a bit of a boost?
Guilty pleasure TV? Music? Feel good movies? Food? All (or none) of the above?

Cuddles and laughter from my kids are a gimme but I also love getting cosy in over sized clothes, wearing sweet or amber based scents, listening to music, (the peppier the better) and washing my hair lol.
