That doesn't sound good at all about your job. You shouldn't have to do other people's work and you should be paid more. If you really need the job, be careful what you say because too much complaining can get you fired. Yes, it is stupid, and yes, you are right to complain, but in the real world, most managers/owners/bosses are assholes and only want the cheapest labor they can find. I'm not trying to discourage you, just be careful what you say.
Schedules suck. It's too hard to plan time to do everything you want to do, because you have to spend all your time doing what you need to do. Good luck with all that.

hahahaha rock on! i used to work 10 pm - 6 am at mcdonalds ... it was TEH suck, cause there were only two of us ALL night. Changeover licked mad balls when u were drunk and couldnt even see straight. (yes all we did on the overnight was get wasted cause it was me and my best friend since i was 6 that worked ;)) ... lol, ur icon ROCKS btw, we had the maroon uniforms too lol...
