How do u make it to where only friends can read it?

Every time you write a entry there's a thing that says "security" and you can choose from like friends, public, private...ect and choose Friends....then only people you have listed as friends can view. You can also go back and change it from public to friends if you do not want anyone to see past entries; takes a long time but it looks better.<3
