I was told by mike I believe that he is asking for a diet coke bottle and when the cashier turns back around that he is pointing a gun.

So, dont flip out do what he asks let him leave and then call 911. My mom has been held gun point many time working at Bank one and she says its scary but the safest thing is to do what they ask and let them go.
