Hello new live journal friends!

My roommate icicle33 is a really big hp fan, and she has dragged me into fandom with her. Don't hate me, but I used to think fanfiction was really lame. Hello! Icicle is the one of the sweetest darlings I know in lj and any friend of hers is definitely worth knowing in my book. So here I am! I love your intro! I think you're adorable! Your last line literally made me lol-ed in glee! I'm awful at Tumblr because I so used to lj that I find some of the features in Tumblr rather confusing, especially the "ask me" thing. For a period of time I was confused as hell because why are all these people I don't know asking me stuff? I don't know them!

Anyways, welcome to livejournal!! I adore Ron/Hermione too and yes, slash. Definitely! As a matter of fact, a community I'm rather partial to is having a fest and prompting has already started -> check out bottom_draco if you have time. Come join in the fun! Aww you seem so nice! Thank you. I joined your community. It looks fun. I'm not sure if I'll actually write any fanfics because I'm more of a visual person than a writer. I always made icicle look over all my essays and she always shook her head at me. I dont think I'll join the fest, but it seems fun and I'll read the fics when they are up. And sure, I'd love to get to know you more too.

Don't worry, you don't need to write or draw for the fest if you don't feel up to it. You could always leave prompts, if you want to. Or like you said, just read fics and comment :D I'm in a bit of a rush at the moment and can't really think of anything I'd like to know about you at the moment but if I thought of something later to ask, I'll be sure to drop by here :D

In the mean time, feel free to explore lj!! If you need any help at all you know where to find me. I'll help anyway I can :D

Hello! I just checked out your page and you have soooo many fics. I look forward to going through them. I love all the banners you have to go with them. I've never seen those before.

What is your favorite ship for Hunger Games...if you don't mind me asking?

Yup, I write too much. I've been in the fandom closet for the past 6 years. As for THG, I'm a multi-shipper, so I love nearly all pairings. But right now, I'm a huge fan of Katniss/Peeta & Gale/Katniss.

Welcome, doll! I'll be honest, I discovered fan fiction with Twilight about five years ago. For about a year, I didn't even realize that there was fanfic about other stories!! LOL! I'm fairly new to HPfic, but I'm a total slash lover. I want to write. I've got tons of plot bunnies hopping about in my head. I just can't seem to find my big girl pants so I can get it done! :D I'm also confused by a lot of the things here on LJ, but I just fumble through and so far I've managed. I tell you what, we can learn together, yeah?

Yay another new friend! I'm sorry I didn't mean to offend your fandom. Twilight is just not my thing, but that doesn't mean it's not cool. I will admit that some of the vampires and werewolves in the movies are pretty to look at. ; )

You should write whatever fics are in your head before they run away. I'll definitely read them. = )

I have heard so much about you already and I'm really excited to see you involved in the fanfic/slash world. I'm sure soon you'll be reading rare pairs in no time!

Hunger Games is awesome. I haven't read much fic, but there's a fandom for everything. And a pairing. Check out AO3 (archiveofourown.org) to find good fic.

And might I add, your pink layout is very cute. :)

Hello! It's very nice to meet you and you seem so nice. I have to admit that for awhile I wanted not to like you because you were icicle's super fanfic bestie and I wasn't a part of it. She always talked about you and I was kind of jealous...lol. But then I realized it was really stupid because icicle doesn't allow people in her inner circle easily, so you must be awesome for her to like you so much. I'm sorry I was jealous behind your back, but don't worry I'm not anymore. I've accepted that fandom is awesome and want to be a part of it too. From everything I've heard, you're exactly our type of person and I hope at some point we can all hang out. You and your bf are welcome at our apt any time or at what's left of our CT beach house if you want to go the beach.

I'm not sure what you mean by rare pairs, but sure yeah I'll check that out.

Lol I have to admit, I'm a teensy bit jealous that you get to hang out with icicle every day! I do hope someday we get to meet and hang out! I'm sure we'll get along marvelously. Whenever icicle talks about you, it makes me want to meet you even more, because you seem really funny and awesome. You seem like someone I wouldn't have to filter myself around, which is always good. Sometimes, people think I'm really weird or offensive.

Have you heard any more about your beach house? That's horrible.

And if you and icicle ever want to make the trip out here, you're more than welcome on our couch. We can go swimming any time of the year and you can admire the cactus and lack of trees. :P

Rare pairs are like...not mainstream pairings. Harry/Draco and Ron/Hermione are popular pairings, among others. They're really good, because there's such a wide variety of fics written for those pairings.

Thanks. :) I hope you enjoy my stories - from what you and icicle have both said, they hopefully match your tastes (non-kinky, romance, and a bit of Ron/Hermione on the side too). It does sound like she's already given you a great rec list to get started with though. Enjoy all the wonderful reading - there's lots of lovely HD stuff out there.
