i'm pretty sure I got a muscle cramp/charlie horse in the temple of my head last night. I was driving home from Trader Joe's eating a rice krispie treat and then suddenly got this crazy muscle tension in my temple. It was gnarly, and I had no idea what was going on. It still hurts a little today.

We had our first SIMI (Spiritual Imaginative Metaphysical Insight) Night last night at Brenna's. It was very good. We talked a little about UFOs and then made buttons and magnets ( Read more... )

Jared just called me and told me we're playing a Benefit show this Sunday in LA for some guy (Aaron Finley) who got attacked by a shark in Maui. This makes me very happy.
