School is starting!
Hotaru-chan and I are starting our second year of junior high! I'm so excited to start the year with Hotaru-chan since my first year was in the future where everyone knew I was the princess and wouldn't leave me alone. I had no idea about your future tutor. She didn't help when you had questions? Honestly, then what's the point? She probably assumed such skills wouldn't be needed for a future leader, but that doesn't mean you shouldn't understand the material. I know more than half the kids in our class won't be using geometry, algrebra, or trigometry in their future jobs, but just learning the material helps our brains develop and make us smarter adults. And I think a lot of those girls in our school need to be smarter before they become adults, or our society is in trouble ( ... )

Yeah, Teacher was just like everyone else used to be. She said I was just a spoiled brat and wouldn't learn on purpose. She couldn't say so about anything but my math grades, though. XD That's part of the reason I'm so glad to be back in the past. With Ami-chan and everyone helping me, I'll totally kick butt this year!
Aw, thanks Hotaru-chan! You've always been so nice about my work. I'll paint you a picture of your parents when I next get a chance! I may have to buy some new acrylics, though.
I know Helios is busy but it's so hard! Mama says I'm at a "difficult period" and told me she was just the same at my age. At least she had Dad. I just hope I can keep my mind off of romance. I have to stay focused!
Oh, that reminds me. What clubs were you looking at for school? Maybe we can be in the drama club together!
