so i'm pretty much in love with your story after i found parts 1-3 on a fic rec list, and i almost overlooked it because i'm not big on firefly (haven't seen it, tbqh, and thought i'd be lost), and i'm so, so glad i didn't. because oh god this story is so underrated and the last chapter you wrote on the 1stclass_kink comm was just... wow. Intense. I love what you're doing with the story and I love seeing a completely different side of charles, and seeing how scary powerful he is. wonderful work! :)

Oh wow, I am so glad you gave it a shot anyway! I highly recommend Firefly anyways (which I'm sure you've heard before), it's a fantastically well done show with really loveable characters.
Haha, yes, well, I'm looking forward to polishing up chapter two before I post it!

All I saw were the words XMen and Firefly, and I was BRACING FOR SO MUCH AWESOME. This is so exciting! Putting Charles as the River Tam in the scenario is really clever, and I can't wait to read the next part!!

ahh, converting text into LJ format can be SUCH a pain. I used to have a procedure to convert and even wrote up a little program to do some data mining and convert the text automatically, but then just ended up posting things on Archive of our Own and linking it. I am lazy. Or perhaps just frustrated with LJ's lack of support for this kind of thing.

I seriously only just finished. That's like over half an hour of trial and error! Granted, I've only delurked and got an account a few months ago, and I'm only just posting stuff, but still! Sucks, huh?

Ohhh, I was wondering why there are so many links to Archive of our Own, I guess that makes a heap of sense!
