I can't trust people because
...I don't trust myself. Mentally, at least. I know they say actions speak louder than words, but my thoughts are pretty damn loud. I get these thoughts, these ideas, and, although I am careful about selecting which to put into action, it terrifies me to think some people could choose otherwise.
