so today the high was only 87 degrees! i was like, yess. oh but not so yes yesterday at practice- we were doing 400m repeats and for the last few the sun was completely down and it got chillier and i was FREEZING because i was going so fast. it was bad.

the weekend.

had a meet on saturday, it was the george young elite invitational. brophy hosted
