1. we work in the entertainment business
2. we are a seasonal company
3. if we even get close to working 40 hours, we'll be sent home
4. we dont even make enough money to earn $455/week.

...as if i was going to keep my hopes up for vacation time!

Also if I'm not mistaken, you can't/won't get overtime also because you are in a supervisioning position. I on the other hand as a lowly peon...

Of course this could explain the cut backs.
