My family were the ones who wanted us to get married, to see me settled down with a hushand, the 2.5 children and the house in the 'burbs. I never wanted any of it. Not like this.
It just...he asked the question that none of the others did. In front of my family nonetheless. So you see, I had to say 'yes'. They would have been devastated if I didn't.
So now I am stuck in a marriage that I never wanted.
