Yeah, I was gonna' post that. Pot's not got no hold on us, yo. Chocolate would be addictive in the same way that pot is, 'cause it's an emotional thing. If you like it, then who cares? Eat the damn stuff and enjoy it.

really? I had no idea!

So, the people who consume too much of it are doing it by choice? Or is there a mental addiction thing going on? Like... they like the way it feels...? I've heard it's not a dangerous drug but then I've heard people lose themselves and don't have total control over what they are doing, so it's classed as dangerous (that's why it's illegal)?

I really know jack all about drugs. I definitely had no idea about that.

Oh. You're stick skinny anyways. I don't think you need to deprive yourself completely, maybe just cut back to only once a day or only a few times a week or something. Unless your portions are giant. XD

Almost at every meal. In my coffee. In my breakfast. Right after lunch. Right after dinner (unless I'm at work where I can't get ahold of chocolate). And sometimes as a snack to hold me over. I didn't notice I was hooked on it until I had another hunger craving last night, as I've been having, even though I wasn't hungry. And nothing satisfied it until I ate a piece of chocolate.

Getting hooked probably has something to do with the fact that my family only gave me chocolate for Christmas, including a big box of fudge. Since it was Christmas, I figured it'd be okay to eat a lot of it at once to get it out of the way...and I've been eating more chocolate than usual ever since.

see. i have a lot of chocolate but i eat it very sparsely. i have some that's a year old. i dunno, i just can't eat it in big amounts because i feel guilty.

i can definitely see why you need to cut down, though.

Change to dark chocolate, lol. I know loads of people don't like it but it's actually good for you. It still has loads of sugar in it ... but if you got yourself used to that chocoate at least you know it's doing some good? Haha.

Just a suggestion...

But I second what Bella asked. How much are you eating?

I answered Bella's question just above.

And it is only dark chocolate that I eat. I don't like milk or white. Because I know it's better than other kinds of chocolate, it gives me an excuse to eat more, which is bad. I have noticeably been gaining weight from it, which is also bad, and for the last several years my weight has always been relatively stable. Not to mention I've been consuming waaaay too much sugar and it worries me.
