You're going to love Paris--and bring back great pictures of you two loving it.

Regarding love life, a bit there with you...including the taking a break for awhile. But if you need a quick "date," call me. I'm always free for not dating together. (Plus this choice is a hard one to make, and I have to smile at your strength to not just fall into something convenient but to take time off for yourself).
