[Action for 945 Beulah]

[For most of Saturday morning, the family at 945 Beulah can catch Taiwan busily moving about, collecting up all of the town's picture frames from everywhere in the house.  The same goes for the artificially constructed photo albums of memories of the family growing up together.  She takes care to remove the pictures, keeping ( Read more... )

I love photography! But I haven't gotten my camera back yet.

If I could provide the camera as well, would you be interested?

Yes, of course. What kind of photos did you want me to take?

Family pictures. Real ones, not like the ones the town puts in the house. Even though my Mayfield family isn't my real one, we've gotten pretty close over the past few months, and I think we've come to love each other like an actual family does anyway. So I thought it'd be nice to have some actual pictures of us together with some more natural poses and smiles.

I've invited some of my actual family too - the ones that are still in town, anyway - along with my husband's sister and one of my daughter's friends. I figured if they're interested too, we could get some extras of the ones with them in them for their own houses.

...Would I have to smile?

Whatever makes you comfortable. I'm interested in natural poses here, not the manufactured look that Mayfield gives us all in pictures. So you don't have to smile if you don't want to.

Of course, that won't stop me from smiling and giving you rabbit ears in the picture.

Ah... they're like portraits, except they're a lot faster. You take them with a device called a camera. It instantly captures the image of whatever it's pointed at so you can look at it later.

I thought it would be nice to get rid of the town's photos and take some real ones. I've begun to think of you all as my family now anyway, so it just feels appropriate to get some pictures in these frames with some natural poses and expressions.

"Good! So now I just need to find out how Netherlands and Mindy feel about it."

((OOC: Writing this thread is heartbreaking knowing that Netherlands gets droned a few hours after it. Poor, poor Taiwan. But we can keep tagging it, don't worry~))
