hmmmm. How far away is the second place. Is it too far away? The litter tray can always be dealt with and cats are a bonus. The fact that you get along with the person and she doesn't mind you being messy is another bonus.

The 1st place sounds nice but i have to say it sounds like it could be a recipie for an awful year of living. If the mother really is overbearing she may become a hassel. I've lived in a house where the landlord was an absolute arse and I wouldn't ever want to repeat that. Too much stress. You could talk to the girl when you next speak to her. Ask how often the mother is there, how she feels about your orientation (i.e. will it be a problem) and about your tendancy to be a lil untidy lol. You never know until you ask.

At the end of the day its up to you really. No-one else can choose for you. But those are some things to think about.

*huggles* we need to catch up

I have a friend who's Irish and lives right near Dublin so if you need advice about the housing market, I could maybe ask her?

Heh, not the tidyest.... In that vein, i'm not the arrogent-est, london isnt the quietest and the thefword.com isnt the dumbest.....

Do you really want to share with an infant? Seriously, 20 years old? She wont even remember the Fonz! ;-)

stay somewhere you can keep Aslan. Honestly, our kittens are worth an extra bit of travelling!!
