A paper cut on your TONGUE? Eek! That sounds painful. Did you get the cable turned off? If you want it off then they have to turn it off. Just yell at them that you are moving and don't need it anymore. Bill companies suck. I have moved a lot and it's a pain in the arse to deal with them, I know.
