My heart won't heal right if i keep tearing out the sutures

sometimes being remembered hurts more than being forgotton. Being remembered is like tearing out the sutures on old wounds. Remembering what was had and then lost hurts the most of all especially when it's not lost to begin with; it;s just gone, never to return never to be the same again
