with a ton of hard work. I have a strict diet right now (low sodium, pref non fat but if i can't then really low fat, and pref no sugar too... oh and low carbs) and then a workout routine of swimming mondays, tuesdays, thursdays, and fridays for 30mins at 4:45 then the gym for an hour on mondays, wednesdays and thursdays. Pretty much my only days off for now working out is saturday and sunday
