Ok, so we're getting the winter storm. It's actually really beautiful. But that's besides the point. I went out to start the van so that it would warm up and melt the foot of snow on the windshield PRIOR to having to actually get into the van with the girls to go pick up McKade from school. So, I start the van, and take the automatic door

Those door unlockers are tricky...I've done the same thing with mine, only to have it start working again moments after I hit full panic mode. Glad it worked out!

i rarely lock my keys in the car, but when i do, the engine is always running. now i keep car (and house) keys hidden all over the place.
