Race for the Cure

I ran/walked the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure on Saturday, and had so much fun! This was my fourth Race for the Cure, and by all means the best. For one thing, it wasn't raining! For another, I kept running into people I knew -- a lady with whom I've done many 3-Day training walks, another who was on Avon Gear & Tent crew with me last year,

Aw, shucks, anybody can walk. It's the people who walk after having undergone surgery, chemo, radiation, and all other kinds of insults to their bodies who are MY heros!
