So far I still have no idea of the condition of the chihuahua. The neighbors have put boards up on their side of the fence. After speaking to animal control for Federal Way they told me regardless of breed their dog was trespassing and my dogs have a right to defend their property. I am relieved to hear that from someone who knows the law in

I'm sorry we don't know how the other puppy is but a nice clear cut on the law is damn nice to have.

yup, there can still be lots of reprocussions but as someone pointed out it does no good to worry about things our of our control.
