I'm on the South Beach diet. I know it's maybe not the greates thing to do but I need to loose a substantial amount of weight. I've been on it for 3 and a half weeks now. Sometimes I eat half a bagel for breakfast but I try to stay away from bread and rice all together.
I'm going to start the SBD next week. I have about a month and a half to lose 20lbs (before Freddy comes home) and low carb is the fastest way for me. I just have to be diligent about keeping it off!
