hey chickidie...Ill join up...i cant do the app right now cuz Im supposed to be typing up papers...but Ill do it cuz i cant stand other rating communities that are like asses...i think ur more fair and whatnot :P get my drift!!! and if u want i can help with the layout bu ti only know as much as i have on my layout so u might be able to do more...but yeah....just comment in my lj if u wanna...and ill try to get that app up later tonight...
