so today was the silent protest. i officially started before blander bc chrissy told me that dan was gonna give me my sticker. i was good until the very end of 7th when mike asked if he could steal my sticker for spanish and i accidentally said "just go--" then i realized. so i gave up in band. everyone did. but i was seriously disgusted by some of ( Read more... )

I agree there were lots of people who thought that becuase you wore the sticker, and stood up for someone other then yourself, then that made you gay, or a lesbian. Most of the people who i saw wearing them were known to be heterosexual. i didnt wear it becuase i thought it would be cool, or because someone told me to, I wore it to protest the rights of individuals who live in a country where there rights came within 2 senate votes of being totaly denied in all 50 states. That was my long boring rant, now others may feal free to go on a long boring rant.

yea, i didnt take part in it, because a) i didnt know about it until the night before and i thought i needed that sheet of paper in advance and b) i knew i'd mess it up and start talking anyway, i have zero willpower.

I'm strongly for gay and lesbian rights and i know i should of taken part of it, but i wasn't really sure what was going on. but im doing it next year, for sure. i'm also doing gsa next year.

thank goodness. we need more people in gsa.
its pretty much a bunch of seniors and me and natalie and a few juniors. so if we don't get more people, its going to fall apart.

and yeah.
so many people today pissed me off. they just took it as a joke. and i wanted to scream in their faces. but i couldn't. and i couldn't even go through the whole day being silent. and i got all mad at myself. hopefully next year it'll be better.

i'll join too. and yea. i think i slapped a few people for being stupid..a lot of people. people suck.
