So I just got back from class and Marisa is apparently skipping class and still sleeping... so I can't be all noisy. I actaully haven't even heard her move or anything... I'm pretty sure she's in there, I think I saw a leg blob and the fan's still going ( Read more... )

But like what are they going to say, they'll be like yeah... so don't work out.

I am not a doctor or anything, but i do know a fair bit about lower body mechanics, etc. and i will bet you that they give you some stregnthening excersices for your knee. Often, when you just start working out (or a few months after, whatever), your legs aren't quite as strong as you would like them to be, so you are putting a lot of stress on your joints when you run/walk, etc. and so you have to strengthen them while not putting stress on them. Same thing goes for your back-- when your knees are weak, your back is the next thing to go. Happened to me just like that, only i didn't realize it until a few years ago. anyways, go to them, or go to a physical therapist or something. i hightly doubt that they will tell you to quit working out. doctors love it when you work out. hell, my bakc is in constant pain, and all i hear is "work out! work out! you have to work out ( ... )

also, i dont know what you do to work out, but consider osmething like swimming for a while so that your knee can calm down. or if not, than the eliptical machine.
