i woke up this morning with the price is right theme song playing in my head
and images of death, fire, and frogs.

Last night I listened to hellogoodbye in Alyssa's car.
It's really not a big deal, but the simple act of listening to something which at one time I could not tolerate made me aware of the state I'm in. And the states I've been in before.
Ladies and gentlemen, we've come full circle.

I think, at least for right now, I've gained my own approval.
