Argh! *bangs head against wall* Finally, finally sent off everyone's Christmas cards. Sorry they're so late. :( It's suprisingly difficult to find cards too, they're all too small or strange shapes not easy to write addresses on. But I managed it. Glitter! Aww...

Well, my snails where a bit glittery, I suppose, and they did tend to leave glittery snail slime on the fingers...

I'm not feeling very Christmasy either, but that's nothing very unusual -- you may have gathered ;o)

To help me get in the mood, I'm picking up an old fic project that never really made it past the 'thinking about it' stage (that is, of course, the only fic stage I've ever had, except for the unforgivable dildo!art thing that ended three times because I didn't know where to stop) because it reminds me of a pantomime. Sort of like the episode of FAME where they went all Wizard of Oz, except that this is The Frog Prince meets Hogwarts and there's no singing or dancing and no actual entertainment value, either. Anyway, I'm at 1,217 words and nearly there. I can see that I'm rambling -- this is because I flippin' hate typing things up and would almost rather be pulling my fingernails out.

Finished, my dear. I have a retelling of fairy tale in which Neville is the Frog (Prince) and Snape is the Princess Prince. It's cute, I suppose, if one likes that sort of thing ~grin~ and if I still like it when I read it again next week, I'll post it. Though, if I can persuade him, I'll get R to edit it first (I dare say it's full of spelling and grammatical errors).

Hmm... I don't know of any Christmassy fics to rec, but there are rather a few Christmassy drabbles over at snape100 and lupin100.
