While I don't share your worries about Snape to that extreme (although a Hogwarts without Snape is almost too hard to think about), another comment of yours really got me thinking:

What will I do after the release of book seven

I actually went and posted about it here... it's slightly worrisome, really. What will any of us do?

What can we do, but accept it? It's sad to realise the end is so close, but in a way it's satisfying to reach the end, to find that conclusion.

a lot has been posted due to the 12 day challenge.

what will *i* do if the ending of Book 7 is a disappointment? i find that a bad end to the last book of a series can put me off the whole thing, so i'm terrified. i can't DO without my HP obsession.

i think that Snape is more likely to be killed off in book 7, because he's such a good character that book 7 would fall a bit flat without him. so you may have him for the whole of this one...

Yeah, I'm hoping that he won't die til 7, I expect that wil be the case. But the problem is, 7 is so close - I'm worrying already!
