I never update my journal anymore... and I think it's because I don't want people to think I'm being whiny or trying to get attention.  So much fucked up shit is going on and I don't want people to think I want sympathy for it, I just want to get it out.  So here goes

You and Jed are so much alike. He hates to go anywhere... but he does go to work. i force him into social situations a few times a year and he is so out of his element I usually feel bad and don;t have a good time anyway. There is nothing wrong with wanting to be a homebody. I think it helps keep you grounded and priorities straight, ya know?

If Jed never had to leave the house again he wouldn't.. but that wouldn't be healthy either, so work and a few outings a year keep him on the middle ground.

IF your friends truly love you they would understand.
