For those who sent an e-mail around with a certain ad attached..I say this...

For being joyful when a church congregation is in pain...SHAME ON YOU.

For even passing around such an e-mail and being a part of forwarding it on...SHAME ON YOU.

For thinking you have "won" something...SHAME ON YOU.

For such ungodly (satan like) attitudes.....SHAME ON

Carol,
This should not be put out on live journal for the kids. The ad was posted on the Christian Standard as an opening at Central. There was NO joyful response. Only prayer for the Church and everyone still there. Please do not make this ugly. It is not necessary. It was NOT presented that way. You assumed a lot. Let me clear this up so that people can grieve without blame and anger right now. I received the email with the article attached. I was a part of Central for six years.It was NOT frowarded to anyone else. I called Laurie and asked if they were leaving, since it was posted and circulated through the Christian Churches. We talked. I told Laurie it was not sent in a mean manner. Laurie and I had a good talk. I have always kept Central in my prayers. I have not spoken to anyone that thinks they have won anything. It is a sad time for the members of Central. You are all in my Prayers. In Christ, Dina

Defenses went up, I'm an emotional person...Central has had to defend itself many times. I love my church and my kids here and I had a kneejerk reaction. I didn't even know you were involved. As far as LJ..thats up to me. Anyhow...I was upset and most likely jumped the gun, but given past experience...well...you know. I love the kids at Central..I would never hurt them, don't assume I did. It seemed to me if anyone had questions..they could have gone directly to the church. I am not saying any more about it.
