When Dr. Evil looks at it, it will act like the Mirror of Erised (from HP1) and he will see his whole family yay and be happy, but when he's not looking at it he loses his memory about it. And if he tries to make any record of what he sees while he's seeing it, including but not limited to a LiveJournal phone post, he will automatically go and delete it, etc. Well, IC he would delete them.]
