Now these are something I've never seen before. Talking mushrooms? I suppose it makes as much sense as anything else here. But I have a bad feeling...something's going to happen soon

I suppose so. I'm just happy to see fresh meat - it's something in very short supply here. The only thing that would have been better would be if I could have caught it myself.
Sure! Wandering a place as big as this is much better with help.
Lioness is the right word. You have leopards in your world, but not lions? Interesting. We have a few leopards in the Pridelands, but they don't associate with us much, so I'm not really familiar with them.
But you already spoke with Scar? He's not very helpful with explaining things, I hope he wasn't too nasty with you. But thank you for bringing the deer here. I've never seen one before, but it's similar enough to an antelope, and I haven't had fresh meat in so long. And, um, thank you for the compliment as well.
So there are leopards too in your world. The leopard I had as a pet was a great friend of mine and we used to go hunting together. The lion, Scar, told me he didn't like hunting. Do you like it?
I suppose he wasn't too nasty. He did explain to me why some people wouldn't like dead animals lying around, he said they would decay and smell bad. I didn't know that before as my servants would dispose of my prey for me after I've drunk their blood and during our travels, I would leave the carcasses in the wilderness for the other predatory animals.
I'm glad you liked the deer, I didn't want its flesh to go to waste.
Ah, so an antelope is similar to a deer? Scar also said he's never seen a deer before and that he ate antelopes and zebras. Both of which I've never seen before.
But it is a fact. You are much nicer and prettier than the lion. May I pet you? I miss my leopard so much and your fur seems so soft.
Hn, Scar doesn't have to hunt, true, but he's also rather lazy. He probably couldn't catch anything bigger than a mouse, or a bird. But I have to help lead the hunt, so I kind of have to like it. I've missed hunting more than I expected to, actually. There aren't any herds here, and It's been getting to me.
Drunk the blood? I noticed it was gone, but I didn't think it was regular food for a human. Either way, the deer was good, even if it wasn't an antelope. They look similar though. I was trying to catch one when I appeared here. If I see it again, I'll certainly point it out to you.
Hn, thank you....and I'm sorry your leopard isn't here. I'm missing my friends too...it's rather lonely without the rest of my family here. But I suppose you may pet me...I understand how lonely it can get here.

I was the one who left the deer in the kitchen.

Hmm, I really have to go back to my own home first, but if there's a way, I wouldn't mind visiting others.
