just got back from my first ever full star wars movie...it out in ireland yet?? i love yoda, you just want to squeeze his little green cheeks. best line of the film has to be: I dont like sand. It is coarse, and rough and gets everywhere. Unlike you who is smooth. No, use that line and YOU are smooth.

yoda fucking rocked. alex said it was farcical. alex is an idiot. it was SO much better than episode 1 and i LOVED IT! i think i'll go see it again. the love story was a bit lame in the beginning, and *that* line was atrocious. it was fantastic when he goes apeshit and kills everyone, though it would have been cool had we seen it. so many elements worked really well. course the fact that it HAD any elements was part of what made it better than ep 1. anyhoo, how are you? its getting soon now, and i'll be seeing you. scary or what? i'm gonna go quote you in my journal now so the world will read you (yes, i'm THAT popular)

Yay Ive been quoted, and this time with "rock" instead of "loser"...

It is kinda scary...itll be what 9 months?? But im sure as soon as we get the vodka out everything will be back to normal...am getting excited now...

and errr, ewan, dont want to ruin your vibe, but you sure you are "THAT" popular???

That's a terrible line and unfortunately there were also many more of them. but there were some great lines as well like Obiwan to Anakin: "You'll be the death of me." and also much of the dialogs between C3P0 and R2D2.

Most impressive was the sonic missiles that Jango Fett (bounty hunter) uses to try and kill obiwan in the asteroid field - they were awesome - and also the big battle scene at the end.

Alas there was a couple of dodgy SFX moments and even dodgier acting performances so in the end 7/10.

but what do you give the other star wars films?? i dont want to waste my time watching them if they are worse!!
