that song is really lovely - and you're right, the lyrics match well (i think it fits best with kai's perspective, though perhaps i shouldn't say as much). i wish i had been listening to it when i wrote that part.
i'll save it for future inspiration!

okay i just wanted to point out my favorite parts here,

"What a privilege it was to be alive; here, specifically - now, more than ever."- I totally get these weird sudden rushes of a feeling, just one in particular feeling that is intensely concentrated like it got shoot straight into my veins and just hits all at once. and then I just want to tell people, or do something about it, to like properly recongize it, and this feeling described right here is one of them.

"His world is being choked - not silent, but silenced - choked or held, cruelly, under water."- this really pretty and nightmarish

“Please, don’t. Please. Please.”- I don't have a reason other then this made me pout in real life while reading it

I'm really into this story and Taemin in this story and ughhhh <3 all the feels
