Don't fuck it up, this is do or die time for you, literally. A sober Pete is the Pete of the 21st Century.

If you do accomplish this, I'll defend you to all the people I know, and let them know that you have truely changed and are not the person you were that made them have to avoid your drama-laden situation. You stand to gain a lot if you can make this happen, I know there are lots of folks that want to be your friend but have just been burned by the Old Pete too many times.
