in transformers (the awesome michael bay [did i really just write those three words?] version), the otherwise very attractive australian NSA signals analyst says "fury-ay" vice "fourier"

is this an australian thing? if so, an entire continent just got less hot. probably not a deal-breaker, but less hot nonetheless.

I saw a t-shirt today that you might like. It involved a cartoon of Schroedinger's cat saying "μ".

(Hi, btw, this is Aprotim - how's life?)

Well, I'm not going near the fact that you called that horrible excuse for a movie awesomer than the movie that was Orson Welles' last spearking role, and you know, actually had a significant amount of giant kickass robots. (Actually, I think may have just gone near that.)

I'm not clear about what your complaint is... is she saying "FYU-ree-ay"? I'm surprised that didn't bug me. (Although truth be told, there were a lot of other things vying for my ire in that movie, it may just not have made the list.) Are you sure it's just not the Aussie accent clipping the "oo" in "FOO-ree-ay"?

She did say "fyu - ree - ay", and I rewound to verify. Grating.

But I wasn't saying that the live action version was better, I was just saying that it was awesome. I loved the cartoon movie (though I didn't see it until college).

Rodimus prime bit hard, though.

But Unicron, Galvatron...

Plus, I felt the amount of giant robots in you giant robot movie is directly related to how awesome it can be.

Leaving aside all the things Michale bay did with the human characters to make the movie suck.
