RADIOHEAD SUCKS doesn't work, radiohead suck however does, since your dealing with a band, something tangible, a situation may warrant "sucks" but only in the present tense ie "this sucks"

Or when you're dealing with the singular. "This band suck" makes no sense. You would say "This band sucks" instead. Similarly when dealing with groups, "Americans sucks" is nonsense, where as "Americans suck" is correct. I would say both suck and sucks could apply here though, since you could be referring to the singular Radiohead band or the multiple people within the band.
