Your team leader sounds like a total prostitute! There's no need for her to treat you like that, especially when you're trying to learn how to do your job.

I would totally ask for a transfer--even if they don't grant it, the fact that you would want to transfer away from this girl because she's so horrible to work around might shake some sense into the higher-ups.
