my right hand is having a fit of twitching, how am i supposed to sit my hospitality paper in a few hours with a convulsing hand? little nervous, not because on exam itself and thoughts of failure, its the wait thats killing me ( Read more... )

Nerves can make you breath faster, which can affect the pH of your blood, which can cause cramps...

So maybe any future twitchy-ness in your hands that could be nerves might be helped by slowing down your breathing?

(Just showingoff a little trivia learnt the other day. ^^)
