Pipster Prompt-a-Thon II

Let´s get this party started!

What is a Prompt-a-Thon?
Super-fun! (Check out our last one)
Basically, you leave a prompt, someone fills your prompt (fic, art, everything) and in turn leaves a prompt which is filled by someone (this someone can of course be you, thus creating a nearly neverending chain of prompts and fills)

I´ll post an example in the ( Read more... )

Once upon a time....
[...]
Happily every after

The End

NOW you can either leave your prompt in the same comment as your fill
OR you post a new comment to the entry creating an own thread
OR, as experience from last time showed, wait until the prompt-giver gives feedback and asks what prompt you have in store for him/her - it works, we are a nice and polite bunch^^

I hope this has clarified matters;
ask me if there are still questions unanswered

(yeah, I know it's an example, but I challenged myself to write something for every single prompt)

Hartley dropped into a lawn chair with a plastic cup of kool-aid and a plate of cake. The twins had been thrilled with their present, the newest release of the Rock Band Hero video game.

Wally and Linda weren't as thrilled, but Hartley cheerfully reminded them that loud and annoying toys were what honorary uncles were for.

Piper's never been very good at romance. With Nikki in college(in the closet) he'd carefully studied the women's magazines and tried to do the kind of things they all seemed to agree made you a dream boyfriend. But she was always too busy studying to appreciate his efforts at surprise picnics or filling her dorm room with roses ( ... )

Best kind of heartbreak. Someone needs to give that poor boy a hug. It's almost his birthday for crying out loud!

Setting DCAU

They had laughed at him the first time he had been confronted with some of the less savory realities of his chosen vocation. The roaches in the hideout's kitchen. The complete lack of privacy, when Captain Boomerang stumbled into the bathroom to take piss when he was trying to brush his teeth.

But Piper did his best to adapt. He was doing this because he had felt helpless before. He had been blocked on all sides from helping what his Father called riff-raff and worse by the minders and bodyguards his parents insisted on surrounding him with. This was the only course, the only escape, he had open to him.

It still stung though when the other Rogues teased him about being the 'poor little rich boy' forced into a life of crime by his cruel, cruel parents.

In fact he had almost given up.

Then one day he had been cleaning, or trying to clean a counter so he could make some lunch, when a stringy blue yellow glob of something had landed right front of him, rendering the counter (and his front) a mess again ( ... )

Agent Jesse had been working past three am for a week, making sure all the i's were dotted and t's were crossed on the warrents before he made a move. He sighed, leaned back in his chair, and closed his eyes, hand closing around the yo-yo in his pocket as he heard the slightest whisper of sound.

"Have you completely lost your mind?"

He sighed. "I told the director the only way to keep Oracle out would be to keep everything off the computer. But noooooo. Hello Selina."

He opened his eyes.

(oh please, someone else take this one, too.)
