I, like Ellen, also do not know what that last part means. I guess we are going to be making up the uncultured corner. Anyhoo, I know how you feel about not wanting to be forever chronicling in the LJ ... (note the lack of updating on my part) there's just too much going on! Well, that makes me sound alot busier than I probably really am ... oops!

(Sorry, I took french from the fourth grade pretty much through high school with the exception of a year or two...)

Damn- well, I have to say that things do happen for a reason. Mike was a huge part of your life for a very long time and you both have a lot of memories and growing that you've experienced together. It's a shame that he's handling things the way he is, but he might also be overcompensating and using this other girl as a rebound chick (the defense mechanism of a male- act like you can move on and not care instantly, even though you're all torn up inside).

Whoever does land you forever will be very lucky- you have a ton to offer. But you're still young and now that you're single, have some fun! Meet new guys, and just see what else is out there. Spend extra chick time with female friends, and concentrate on loving yourself for a while!
