I really would have liked to be there longer. It almost seemed like this weekend passed before us within the figurative (and somewhat literal) blink of an eye. I was definitely not happy to leave. It was a long trip home. I still feel somewhat beside myself. I don't know about everybody else that has been assuring you of today, but from experience (I have done a few co-ops in my lifetime :) ) I know that things will be fine and you will do an amazing bang-up job. Sometimes it seems like you underestimate your abilities. You are a truly brilliant and exceedingly clever woman, and I know they wouldn't have hired you if they didn't see the same aptitude that I do within you. You will be great, I am sure of it

What we all know that you don't (or sometimes forget) is that you are extremely smart and talented and you will be able to make it through a semester away from home. While it may seem like a really long time, it goes by incredibly quickly. So sit back and relax, and enjoy the experience of being on your own for the first time! Trust me, you will be the better for it :)
