Grrr . . .

I have just had an endoscopy. Diagnosis: Stomach absolutely fine after all, but loathing of authority now extends to medical personnel.

I feel like I should write the nurse a letter of apology; I was pretty rude.

I'm sure she is used to seeing people at less than their best in that situation. However, it wouldn't hurt to give her a call and offer up a quick apology. You may need a favor from her in the future.

I'm sorry you had to go through that. Upper or lower?

Upper. The thing itself was fine; I don't even have a sore throat. I have this unfortunate quirk of personality that transforms me into a screaming bitch when anyone tries to put me in a vulnerable position. I'm afraid I was quite horrible to this poor nurse. She was just so damn snippy about making me ride in a wheelchair, and she kept talking down to me.

Grats on a healthy return from the endo. I had both procedures top down and down up, it's terrible.

After the last year I am so overly disgusted with medical personel in general. I can think of a few ok individuals but really have no love for the profession.

I guess it's good to know what it's not but I hope you can find out what you got so you can get it gone.

Congrats and Sympathies. Though it's great to not have a bad thing wrong, it's annoying to not have something they can fix.
