One of the hardest things was to let go of negative friends that held me down. You just gotta do it...the future brings changes that you don't expect and you have to hope for the best. Don't sell yourself short. Great words to live by. Rock on sista!

It's very saddening. I was happy until a few weeks ago, now I wonder, "if all things have equal value, what is the difference in anything, truly?" Is it okay to be judgmental? Do we have to be?

I'm paralyzed lately, not knowing what is useful and what isn't. Frightened, too.

Paranoid people make me paranoid, but being complacent and trusting isn't very educational, either.

I don't know how to get away from the infection when I don't seem to have an antedote, or when I do not have the energy to reach for the antedote. Pip, if you could tell me how, I would greatly appreciate it. Also, how do you know when you are your own infection or when someone else has infected you? I need some backbone, or more truthfully, some insight and then the backbone to use it. Any help is appreciated.

What is the best way to control the spread of infections? According to the CDC the answer is handwashing. It seems a simple solution Pip, doesn't it? At least thirty seconds in hot, soapy water and all of the germs go right down the drain. Perhaps you can practice this effort in other ways. "wash your hands of it" has never been a more appropriate colloquialism. Get rid of it. Pip, get it down the drain GIRRRRLLL!

It is good to have friends to help you cleanse the demons and come to peace. I wish this for you my friend...I really do. I LOVE YOU PIP!!!! I LOVE YOU TORI!!!! love, Ellen
