Still alive,
but we've just spent the past week down on the coast in a town called Sihanouk Ville, living near Ochheuteal Beach, with white sand, warm water, cheap beer, and BBQ fish dinners for $3. Damn, huh?
Needless to say, very relaxed and have done absoltutely nothing of note for many days.

Vietnam in a day or two, depending on the weather.

We have just spent three days clambring over just a few of the dozens of temples and sites at Angkor. Amazing. i didn't realise there was so much here ( Read more... )

This is a detailed review of a 1 day kayaking, caving and swinging tour we did in Vang Vieng, Laos, in August 2007 (rainy season). It was brilliant and we recommend it.

Well, after a week at Nong Khai, looking across the river at Laos and spending lazy days encamped at the dining tables in the garden, reading, playing games and chatting to friends, we finally, finally, crossed the bridge.
