falling down the stairs

today, I fell down the stairs and pulled my back... it was kinda strange,, because I was putting on my sweatshirt and started runnung down the stair like I usually do, but then I slipped and since my hands were stuck inside of my sweatshirt i could really slow my self down, so i just bumped down and hit the wall at the bottom...I dotn know how I
