More "Confessions"

So, yesterday, I was all set to do another "100 Things." It was going to be all about my love of ensemble casts rather than focusing on a central character and it was going to explore my fascination with writing about bands and musicians and it was going to be glorious. Then, my laptop, which had been arguing with its internet connection since ( Read more... )

I hate it when the internet does that. I hope this is the last of that problem.

I like Jake. He doesn't let himself be pushed around by anyone just because of an "image" the guys up top want. What made RJ want to join a pop group anyhow?

What's the book about?

Me too. I was worried that I had some kind of virus or something because apparently my anti-virus stuff hasn't been updating ( ... )

No virus though, right? I would have been worried too. How did you fix it?

I don't think he's weird, but I like him. Based on what what I've read of RJ, that makes a strange amount of sense as to why he would want to join a pop group.

Who's Kevin Smith? Does he say what the next thing is? I'll have to take a look for this book.

Not that my out of date software can detect anyway. I had it do a troubleshoot-y thing, and I unplugged and replugged my router, and it seems to have done the trick.

Maybe it's just Jesse who thinks he's weird. RJ just wants to belong. Poor guy might've ended up in a cult if it wasn't for the group.

Kevin Smith is Silent Bob. He wrote and directed the CLERKS movies. The next thing seems to be podcasts and talk-show type things. He has a hulu show called Spoilers and something on AMC called Comic Book Men about his comic book store in Jersey. It's a good book, I really liked it.
