does anyone else think capote should have won the oscar? i respect crash, but i think it was probably the worst of the nominated films. on another note, winter wont end.

I was happy with the major winners for the most part. It was nice to see Clooney win, the other 3 were deserving as well, and I think as far as picture goes this year there were pretty much 4 worthy films.

I was livid when "Brokeback" didn't win best picture. Fuck "Crash".

Personally, I was just pleased so many well-made, (relatively) progressive-minded movies were acknowledged. And PSH's best actor was as good an acknowledgement of the movie's quality as any.
