60GB a month up/download? I could live with that, because I usually delete the torrent and close my torrent program when I'm down d/l. Why not switch to Sympatico, it's rather fast.

Why WOULDN'T you need 60 gigs? Now you're limited to only a tiny bit of the endless information out there. And if your computer is filled with spyware and adware and you're always on MSN, it'll add up a lot. Then one day, BOOM! Your internet will disappear for a bit cause you overused it.
